This October 2017, the KSU Library System will be offering a one-time amnesty on fines and fees for returned overdue books from the library collections. This amnesty is part of the Library System’s inventory efforts by allowing KSU students, staff, and faculty a chance to return long overdue items without penalty.
Fines and fees will only be waived for books returned from October 1 to October 31. This amnesty does not include fines or fees for reserves, interlibrary loan items, damaged materials, or on any items returned prior to October 1, 2017.
To participate, you must return your items to the Check Out Desk and notify the staff member at the desk that you wish to take advantage of the amnesty.
