Then apply for the 2021 Undergraduate Research Award!
Established in 2015, the KSU Library System’s Undergraduate Research Award is awarded annually to a student demonstrating effective research processes and successful use of library resources (including but not limited to chat, reference, research appointments, databases, books, GIL, and ILL).
The $500 prize (funded by The Office of Undergraduate Research through the Financial Aid department) is bestowed on an undergraduate student whose application (including a project regarding the use of library resources) demonstrates a thoughtful and thorough approach to research. In addition, the winner is guaranteed publication within the Kennesaw Journal of Undergraduate Research upon completion of the revision process.
The Library will also review all runner-up articles within the Kennesaw Journal of Undergraduate Research for possible publication. All submission materials are subject to publication or use for library marketing.
